ChatGPT Special – Customer Experience Topics

I read somewhere that ChatGPT is really going to change the ‘college application essays’ landscape. I am not sure how that is going to pan out. But, I am certain that it is going to change the conversations at ‘industry conferences’ in a big way… :) We live in really interesting times indeed…
